Enrico and Margherita welcome you to this corner of tranquility in Turin, located in one of its most lively and artistic neighborhoods. We truly hope that you will feel completely comfortable in the apartment and thus fully enjoy your stay in the city.
Here is some useful information to help you move around the home with ease!
Access
We are located at Piazza Risorgimento 20 (also known as Via Nicola Fabrizi 20). The apartment is on the second floor: once you enter the main door and take a couple of steps, you will find two elevators on the left that you can use to reach the second floor. The front door is on the left and is marked by extension number 4. As an alternative to the elevator, you can walk up to the second floor. Caution. Do not follow for stairway B, which is marked in the stairs: we are in stairway A, which you can easily reach by continuing up the stairs, without turning right.
Wifi and tourist info
Once through the front door, on the cabinet to the right in the entryway, you will find in hard copy the network and password for the home wifi (network: Campidoglio-Wifi-5 or Campidoglio-Wifi-24; password: Sm4rt!R3treat2024@#), as well as a variety of tourist information and maps of the city. The information then continues in the bedroom, where you will find as many suggestions about the city’s cultural life (theaters, museums, exhibitions).
Kitchen and dining space
Help yourself! The kitchen is fully equipped: go ahead and use whatever you need. You will find some basic necessities (salt, oil, sugar, coffee and pasta – that is, everything you need for survival in Italy!) and the fridge, oven and stove are at your disposal. In the dining room adjacent to the kitchen you will then find in the wooden cabinet, in the upper part, glasses, goblets, coffee cups and mugs. In the lower part, on the other hand, you will find placemats you can use for your meals. Finally, in the drawer of the dining room table, you can safely use the black tablecloth folded inside. Upon request, we can also get you a high chair to share your meals with the little ones!
Bathroom
You will find bubble bath, shampoo, hand soap and intimate soap. Next to the sink you will also find a hair dryer.
Washing machine
If you need to wash your things and/or iron them, we have everything for you! Contact us for information on how the washing machine works. The ironing board is located next to the washing machine and the iron in the middle, bottom part of the wooden kitchen cabinet.
Bedroom
This is a multi-functional room where there are two foldaway beds (one double and one single, which you can “hide” by simply raising the short part of the bed towards the wall – when you check in we will show you how to do it), a comfortable sofa and a study/work station equipped with an ergonomic chair, PC screen, laptop reader, mouse and cables to charge any device quickly. Behind the door you will also find a mat: for sporty guests, it is ideal for some yoga practice, pilates or exercises of any kind! Finally, the room is equipped with air conditioning, which you can adjust yourself with the remote control placed in the bookcase next to the bed.
Hallway
In this part of the house, you will find a large white closet. Its left end is yours to store your clothing: there are hangers and chests. In the right end, on the other hand, you will find additional blankets.
Separate waste collection
For those who would like to sort their waste, they will find bins for organic waste, paper and glass in the veranda. In the kitchen, under the sink, you will find a bin for the undifferentiated collection of non-recoverable waste.
